Insured Benefits
There will be times when your eligible health care expenses exceed your annual Savings Account allowance. When that happens, you can count on comprehensive coverage from The Destiny Health Plan's Insured Benefits to cover eligible expenses.
With most traditional insurance plans, you first must meet an Annual Deductible before the plan begins paying the majority of eligible costs. Not with The Destiny Health Plan. Here's how it works:
- Your eligible health care expenses start counting toward the Annual Deductible from day one, even if expenses are paid for from your Savings Account.
- After reaching the Annual Deductible, you'll pay a portion of the expenses, called coinsurance, until you reach your annual out-of-pocket maximum.
- Then, the plan will pay 100% of your eligible costs for the remainder of the policy year.
