Customer Response Unit (CRU)
Where can I find a network doctor? Which providers in my area specialize in pediatric care? Does the plan cover acupuncture treatments? For answers to questions regarding your health plan, contact our Customer Response Unit and speak with a trained Destiny Health Customer Response Representative.
Health Tools
Research issues on your own time using our comprehensive Medical Information Center. Access an on-line health assessment questionnaire, a complete medical library, a list of symptoms or a service for reviewing hospital quality indicators. These are just some of the tools available to you on The Destiny Health Plan website. You can also register with a trained Nurse Care Manager who can coach you through a chronic condition.
Nurse Line
Our valuable Nurse Line offers licensed nurse on call to answer your health care questions—24 hours a day, seven days a week. From fevers to fractures, earaches to stomachaches, no question is out of range for consultation or referral advice.

Are you or is someone you know preparing for surgery? This online, expectation management tool provides users with an in-depth look at certain medical procedures. EMMI narrates every step of the process as it is detailed onscreen. You’ll know exactly what is involved, before the procedure.
