Some people prefer change one step at a time. If your employer chooses to offer The Destiny Health Plan PPO option alongside our consumer-directed plan, you can:

• Enjoy the familiar operation of a PPO-style plan.

• Take advantage of our Vitality wellness program.

Our PPO option may be your preferred choice, or it may be an interim step in your transition to The Destiny Health Plan, with added features like member savings accounts.

The Destiny Health Plan PPO is currently available in Texas and will be available in our other markets in 2007.
